    Base Salary: 95k + Full benefits, Company Car, Uncapped Commission

    Job Summary:

    Our client, Insight Global, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to support the Illinois (IL), Missouri (MO), and Kansas (KS) regions. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers seeking asphalt terminals, thermal/heating industrial system installations, and upgrades.     Responsibilities:

    Customer Relationship Building:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.
    • Conduct intake calls with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on customer specifications.

    Sales Process Management:

    • Own the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to project completion.
    • Prepare detailed proposals, including scope, specifications, and pricing.
    • Coordinate touchpoints and meetings with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.
    • Work closely with the internal team to refine proposals and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

    Marketing and Promotion:

    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and asphalt expos.
    • Effectively market capital equipment offerings to potential clients.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

    Travel:

    • Expect approximately 3 days of travel per week within the designated region.
    • Flexibility in travel days to accommodate business needs.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in engineering, civil engineering, construction science, or related fields.
    • Design Experience: Practical experience with asphalt plants/products or thermal/heating systems.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
    • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is highly desirable.
    • ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
    • Willingness to Travel: Comfortable traveling within the region.

    Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience:

    • While not mandatory, the following skills and experience would be advantageous:
    • Additional technical knowledge related to asphalt terminals and industrial heating systems.
    • Familiarity with capital equipment sales.
    • Exposure to trade shows and industry expos.
