    Provide high quality clinical therapeutic services to children, adults, couples and familiesEnsure services are provided with client-centered and family-centered healing approach and is delivered through goal specific interventionsConduct initial interviews and provide a written assessmentRegularly assess treatment progress with the client, and/or the clinical treatment teamProvide the appropriate documentation for service delivery including treatment goals, progress notes and billing and submit said documentation as specified by Medicaid, Medicare and CARF standardsEnsure compliance with governing agency and reporting requirementsMaintain the clinical records and compile documentation required by CCBH and governing agenciesParticipate in staff meetings, program clinical team meetings, therapy clinical supervision sessions and in-service as required Understand and support the CCCB philosophy and treatment modalitiesEnsure confidentiality regarding client records, treatment and client informationExhibit clear, professional, respectful and effective communication when interfacing with clients, coworkers, families and external contactsAbility to work independently and implementing time management and productivity strategiesExhibit a high degree of ethical conduct, integrity and confidentialityStay current with updated research and best practices
    Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology or clinically related field requiredAny of the following licenses are required:
    LCPC or LCSW-C. Must be independently licensed

    Active and in good standing in the state of MarylandPrior experience working with adults, children, adolescents and families is a plusMust be experienced and proficient in using an electronic health record systemPandoLogic
