Job Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4:30 pm

Job Pay: $16.00

A2Z Staffing, LLC is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Tech / Groundskeeper for a small warehouse in South Phoenix.

Groundskeeper Duties

• Basic janitorial duties for both interior and exterior of property
• Contribute to landscaping projects
• Minor painting touch-ups and full re-paints

Maintenance Technician Duties

• Residential plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
• Tackle trash-outs and make-ready tasks efficiently
• Complete service requests and work orders

Qualifications

• At least 6 months on-site work experience for residential or hotel maintenance
• HVAC/CPO certification is a plus, not required
• Take direction from Maintenance Supervisor and work well with peers
• You need to have your own set of basic hand tools & a power drill
• Must be bilingual (Spanish, English)
• Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
• Must pass a background check
