    It is a very exciting time of growth for our Corporate Accounting team, and we are currently hiring a Revenue and Credit Specialist.

    This role is remote and can be located in DALLAS/FT. WORTH, Texas or AUSTIN, Texas metro areas only.

    What will my role be?

    As a Revenue and Credit Specialist, you will:

    • Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
    • Communicate with previous clients and current customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
    • Generate service invoices from the time and billing system
    • Generate product invoices from Business Central
    • Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into our accounting systems
    • Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
    • Account collections
    What's required?


    • 1-2 years' experience working in accounts receivable and collections required.
    • Demonstrated experience in Excel
    • Experience creating client invoices in an accounting system
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
    • Data entry skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent experience
    What would set me apart?


    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
