    Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive Pay range $23/hr to $34/hr + Production Incentive + Benefits. Individual pay dependent on location, experience and job related factors.

    Highline Physical Therapy offers outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services. We're seeking Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our growing clinics We believe in welcoming experts who share our vision, who work diligently, and ones committed to providing the level of care that will help improve the lives of our patients. We have 11 outpatient clinics serving the greater Seattle - Tacoma region

    Locations: Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, Auburn, Des Moines, Renton, Federal Way, Bonney Lake, Port Orchard, Tacoma (Fircrest)

    Shift: Part-Time or Full-Time - Flexible hours and shifts -- Ask us how you can have a 3 day work week

    Position Summary:

    • Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
    • Follow individualized care plans for each treatment
    • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
    • Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
    • Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
    • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants
    • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
    • Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
    • Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
    • Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
    • Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
    • Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
