- Business development in the market area through proactive sales calls and networking to meet or exceed all consumer and business loan, deposit, and fee income goals.

- Responsible for controlling operational and administrative expenses.

- Manage personnel, recommend and maintain staffing levels and performance appraisals, and provide training, promotions, hiring, and salary adjustments and terminations.
