PBD, family-owned, company that has stayed current and pivoted with the market for the last 47 years. Focused on delivering Exceptional Service Every Time, we are seeking to hire a full-time Account Coordinator to join our Operations Team with a focus on order and customer process support.
Account Coordinator
Support Account Manager and Clients by establishing and maintaining communications with clients receiving requests and determining how to best address and facilitating between clients and operations team.
Illustrative Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and respond to specific needs as necessary
Make adjustments to customer orders as directed by client, account manager or operations team within PBD guidelines
Audit accuracy of all services including invoicing, returns processing and shipping
Other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements
Experience Minimum 1 year
Skills Excel, communication, warehouse management systems
Knowledge Microsoft office, Deposco is a plus
