Description
Global BLM (SPV), Xomox PFT Corp, Cincinnati, Ohio:
Responsible for development & implementation of product line's global short & long-term strategy, including: business model development & execution; strategic & annual operations plan; and pricing & profitability.
Must have a Bachelor's degree & 5 yrs exp (i) utilizing Lean methodologies, (ii) maintaining & upgrading intellectual capital, & (iii) developing existing employees & attracting qualified employees.
Of exp.required, must also have:
3 yrs exp (i) establishing targets & executing on goals for productivity in people & material costs, & (ii) in a leadership role with direct reports in a manufacturing company.
