The Director of Rooms will lead the Front Office departments and be responsible for maximizing hotel performance while upholding luxury service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Front Office Manager or previous Rooms Division position in a luxury hotel required
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate your team
  • Strong guest service orientation and training skills background
  • Highly motivated individual with strong presentation and public speaking skills
