- Provides professional nursing care under the direction of a RN.
- Communicates status changes to the RN Clinical Care Manager.
- Provides skilled nursing care for clients as directed.
- Follows the Plan of Care and Nursing Care Plans established by the physician and RN.
- Recognizes and reports changes in client condition.
- Communicates information promptly and accurately.
- Takes verbal orders from a physician or qualified medical personnel.
- Valid Indiana Nursing License
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to travel to assist nearby clients
