We're looking for a Manager of Finance someone who's ready to grow with our company in this position you will provide leadership to the Financial Planning team by coordinating and managing the annual budget process as well as associated financial analysis and reporting Think you've got what it takes Job Duties Responsibilities Lead the planning and preparation of the annual operating budget for the IDS ensuring that it is timely accurate and meets expectations of IDS leadership communicate directly with IDS leadership as needed concerning budget processes lead optimization information systems support annual budget process Review prepare financial statistical reports analyses associated with budgeting process coordinate Financial Services department ensure reporting timely accurate Manage team members activities establishing guidelines individual team performance ensure desired outcomes meet department IDS goals maintain responsibility completion work within team hold members accountable accomplishing responsibilities measure customer satisfaction provide metrics benchmark analyze performance provide performance coaching development reviewing members Ensure long term financial planning processes integrate annual operating budget process work closely Manager Financial Planning assist operating budget processes as needed Plan lead prepare types financial analysis directed Director Corporate Finance & Financial Planning Skills Requirements Requires bachelor degree Accounting finance business healthcare administration Preferred master degree Accounting finance business healthcare administration Required years experience in financial analysis accounting Required year Supervisory project lead experience Preferred Healthcare experience Master degree accounting finance add years candidate total years experience Previous experience pre award post award grant funding processes highly desired
