- Perform visual walkthrough inspections on customer's vehicle to itemize concerns and or note any followup questions or details
- Follow/ track work orders from beginning to end which includes invoicing and or filing warranty claims to hand off to warranty dept
- Update customers on status, post interoffice updates on cases as well as to dealer representatives and manufacturers across several platforms: Confer with sales, accounting, leasing and parts departments to ensure proper protocol is followed for each repair order.
- Use diagnostics equipment to check vehicles in and retrieve digital details to transfer and complete work order fulfillment
- Capacity to learn and facilitate multiple platforms to provide superior workflow.
- Ability to serve customers with a commitment to excellence with follow up and resolution of work orders
