Gabrielli Truck Sales is looking to hire a Service Advisor

Service Department Advisor Liaison

We are a professional commercial diesel equipment corporation, family owned and operated with 22 successful facilities in the tri-state area and growing This role is multi-layered, encompassing responsibilities that requires an ideal candidate that can fulfill the following responsibilities within a fast pace/ high energy environment and alongside a team of fellow advisors and senior management.

Effectively communicate with customers in an appropriate and timely manner via phone and through case platforms.

• Perform visual walkthrough inspections on customer's vehicle to itemize concerns and or note any followup questions or details
• Follow/ track work orders from beginning to end which includes invoicing and or filing warranty claims to hand off to warranty dept
• Update customers on status, post interoffice updates on cases as well as to dealer representatives and manufacturers across several platforms: Confer with sales, accounting, leasing and parts departments to ensure proper protocol is followed for each repair order.
• Use diagnostics equipment to check vehicles in and retrieve digital details to transfer and complete work order fulfillment
• Capacity to learn and facilitate multiple platforms to provide superior workflow.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret technician write ups, manufacturer documents and summarize in grammatically correct format.

• Ability to serve customers with a commitment to excellence with follow up and resolution of work orders

Proficiency in Microsoft office, google, computer basics

• Monday to Friday / Tuesday to Saturday/ Nights
