- Setup and Operation: Sets up and operates computer-controlled epitaxial reactors, including daily checks of reactor gauges and electronics rack.
- Process Monitoring: Enters processing data into the computer and monitors process trends via display screens.
- Wafer Handling: Safely handles wafer movement before and after epitaxial growth, ensuring substrates are outgassed in the load-lock and prep chamber before growth.
