- Support patients with daily activities and deliver nursing care under RN supervision
- Conduct and document regular checks on patients receiving medical or psychiatric care, reporting any changes in their condition to the RN
- Collect specimens for diagnostic tests
- Assist non-custodial staff in patient care; Prepare paperwork for patient transfers to other facilities or specialty appointments
- Thoroughly document patient care, offer reports, and maintain logs
- Maintain and inspect equipment; Manage inventory and supplies
