    Job Description

    Skilled Nursing Facility

    Be part of a dedicated therapy Team

    Easy access to local Regional Management Staff for support

    A variety of Part time/ PRN hours available

    An Average of 15 hours per week receives PTO Accrual

    An Average of 20 hours per week receives 401k with match and ESOP benefits

    Qualifications


    The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function.

    The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.

    The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy

    Current state license/certification

    Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board

    Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation

    Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

    Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care

    Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline

    Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
