Ensure the global corporate intranet's content is organized intuitively to: Enhance colleague experience and accessibility with a focus on clarity, findability, usability, and scalability Align with firm goals, governance and compliance standards Integrate AI to automate tagging, content suggestions, and user experience optimization based on IA principles As an Information Architect on our intranet team you will play an important role on our intranet transformation project This role will focus on understanding colleague and business needs to design an intuitive efficient scalable information architecture for our intranet You will be responsible for creating the navigation taxonomy overall content structure that will enhance user experience support organizational goalsResponsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Design develop the intranets information architecture including navigation site maps and content taxonomy Create wireframes navigation models to guide intranet design development teams Ensure content is organized logically improve findability usability Develop clear consistent naming conventions metadata schemas describe content accurately Work closely with content owners UX designers developers implement refine architecture Conduct usability testing incorporate feedback optimize intranet structure Create maintain comprehensive documentation of information architecture Communicate architecture decisions benefits stakeholders support adoption change management Align intra net architectures seamlessly different devices platforms
