    Location: San Jose, CA Hybrid (3 Days onsite in a week)

    Pay Range: $65 to 70/hr on W2

    The position is for Senior Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in cloud-based implementation, with a focus on contact center solutions such as Genesys.

    Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and highly experienced candidate for the position of Senior Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in multi-tier cloud implementation with a focus on contact center solutions such as Genesys. This individual will play a crucial role in leading and managing technical projects, working closely with internal business teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage multi-tier cloud implementation projects, with a specific emphasis on contact center solutions like Genesys.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business teams to gather project requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and milestones.
    • Work closely with external vendors to coordinate project activities, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, facilitating communication and resolving any project-related issues or challenges.
    • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project delivery or quality.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud computing, contact center solutions, and project management methodologies

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on multi-tier cloud implementation and contact center solutions.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
    • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
    • PMP Certification, Agile Certification, or Scrum Master Certification would be advantageous.
    • Experience in e-commerce (eComm) is considered a plus, but not a strict requirement.
