    We are looking for a customer relations manager with the following

    • Perform all parent tours
    • Go through CRM weekly with directors and admin team to ensure accuracy
    • Ensure that all new families receive a warm welcome.
    • Personally, call all new families after 1 week and thank them and see how their first week went.
    • Use SOC as needed with families in good and bad times
    • Approve parent payment plans and subsidy and child care ware programs
    • Deal with parent issues that arise that cannot be handled by the director

    The sales and communication specialist will provide support to the program through providing confidential, professional coordination of the enrollment process of children and conduct all marketing events. This position is responsible for managing the Company's enrollment records overall integrity and efficiency, in accordance with federal, state and local laws and regulations, The T.E.A. Center mission and core values.

    Minimum Education:

      • High School Diploma
      • Two (2) years of college coursework, Business or related field (preferred)

    Minimum Experience:

      • Two (2) to four (4) years experience as a Enrollment Specialist
      • 2 years experience in Customer Service capacity.

    Minimum Skills and Field of Expertise:

      • Excellent organizational skills
      • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
      • Ability to respond to a variety of customers/issues in a fast paced environment while maintaining customer service focus
      • Act with a high level of integrity at all times
      • Ability to manage and administer a broad range of tasks including resolving complaints, counseling managers and employees on the interpretation of policies and procedures.
      • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult and emotional issues.
      • Ability to manage a high volume workload and prioritize time sensitive issues as they arise.
      • Extensive knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor law and governmental compliance requirements
      • Must have the agility to move from seated position to a standing position promptly to respond to emergency situations.
      • Must be able to work independently as well as develop rapport, trust, and open communication in the work environment.
