    Energize your career at ExelonPRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONIncumbent is responsible for ensuring that the Company's customer accounts receivables are protected and collected through an aggressive process of application and deposit collection, timely analysis, monitoring and follow-up on delinquent accounts.

    Maintains a good corporate image by ensuring that customers are professionally and courteously served.


    Qualifications:

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSExperience demonstrating customer service experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing, with internal and external customers on subjects including policies, procedures, complaint and issue resolution, research and analysis.

    Experience demonstrating skill making inbound/outbound calls to customers.
    Experience demonstrating skill analyzing and interpreting data sufficient to resolve complaints and issues, perform billing and transaction research, etc.

    Experience demonstrating skill performing accurate mathematical calculations sufficient to reconciliation, billing verifications and cross footing (for example, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, averages and rates).Experience demonstrating skill using office equipment (for example, fax, copier, printer, calculator).Experience demonstrating skill using PC-based e-mail software.

    Must successfully pass a qualification test.
    Must successfully pass a Criminal History Background Check.
