Experience with data models is good. The team is taking "flat files" and structuring them into the transformationContent Management System (CMS) experience. They use OpenText systems. TeamSite is being adopted, currently using Web Experience Management.

Role Responsibilities:
(what they will be doing)Procedure management. They're procedure writers in their normal day-to-day.

Process owners and SMEs will come to them and ask how to adjust their processes, which this person will do, and then publish the documentation.

They're also transforming the space they're working in. Rethinking workflows and redesigning the processes of everything this team does. Have 14,000 widgets in the content management system to navigate.

Needs someone who can bring ideas of how things are being done in other businesses to help transform this group.

Wants this person to be a process engineer whose background is in procedure writing, should be more than just an average procedure writer.

Jira workflow directs tasks to the team. Team members who are gatekeepers disseminate those tasks to the team based on skillset or capacity. Intake, gatekeeper assignment, capacity management, what good procedure looks like, approvals process in publishing all need to be rethought.
