    Job Title: Senior Kitchen Executive

    Senior Kitchen Executives are essential to the success of any restaurant or food establishment. In this role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, managing a team of chefs and cooks to ensure seamless execution of menu items.

    The ideal candidate for this position is someone with exceptional leadership skills, who can motivate and direct their team members towards achieving high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are also necessary for effective collaboration with other departments within the company.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training and performance evaluations;

    • Maintain high standards of food quality through regular taste-testing and inspection;

    • Liaise with suppliers to procure ingredients at competitive prices while ensuring freshness and consistency;

    • Collaborate with head chef on new menu development, testing recipes to meet culinary excellence standards;

      I Utilize inventory management techniques to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, enhance efficiency throughout production lines; positively promote brand name qualities amongst guests by providing superior customer service based upon knowledge about products offered.
     

      Required Skills & Qualifications:  ​
