- Prepare pizza dough and vegan donut dough according to established recipes and procedures.
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to ensure consistency.
- Monitor the dough fermentation process and adjust as needed to achieve optimal texture and flavor.
- Problem-solve dough and fermentation issues as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dough preparation area.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in a pizza or bakery environment.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work overnight shift from 11p-6am including weekends
