The Director of Revenue will be responsible for managing three internal direct reports who lead teams totaling 10 to 12 people in the promotion of all Strider products, services, events and education around the world. In addition to the internal teams this person will interact often with outsourced agencies and top level business partners in e-commerce, advertising, mass retail and brand protection. While the primary responsibility is to guide the success of the marketing and business development efforts, in a given day this leader completes tasks that fall into many categories such as brand management, marketing communications (including advertising, promotions and public relations), market research and connecting with the product or logistics team. They must have the interpersonal skills to coordinate many different styles of thinking into one team.
