The Houston office is looking for you- that is if you are a (3-5) year oil and gas transactional lawyer who wants to accelerate your skillset.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a young partnership who are accessible, has innovative leaders, and are well-established in their respective practices.
Qualified candidates must have experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements for asset acquisitions or divestitures within the oil and gas industry; and drafting commercial contracts such as lease agreements, gathering agreements, processing agreements, and transmission agreements.
This is a domestic and international practice, and the deal flow is "gushing." Attorney staffing is streamlined, allowing associates "more reps" while accelerating their drafting and deal flow experience.
You won't work harder here, but you will learn to work smarter while having fun.
A hybrid (offering some WFH) work environment, excellent benefits package, top-of-the-market compensation, and major law firm brand recognition which is driving deal flow, thus the need for more associates.
