    Responsibilities:

    Drive Genuine Audi Parts Sales by creating and managing programs which generate sustainable demands over time and driving strategy 2030 program/NAR 360 revenue and profit commitments.


    • Drive loyalty and parts sales in the collision segment and central point of contact and Accident Damage Management coordinating function for AoA
    • Support After Sales programs that increase customer loyalty and drive Market Share
    • Responsible for data analysis / evaluation of parts / service data in efforts of program development in alignment with After Sales Strategy, ensuring that developmental projects / programs align with strategic goals
    • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks/timelines and processes to ensure effective project management
    • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to management and stakeholders
    • Liaison between AG and IT&S on project priorities and action items.
    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
    Proficiency in project planning and management
    Strong leadership and ability to develop business cases and influence key stakeholders
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Experience related to parts business/Collison in automotive industry
    Ability to analyze data and trends to identify potential issues
    Proficiency in project planning and management

    o 5+ years of work related experience position with After Sales business, process development, project management, meeting planning and relationship management.
