RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
72 hours guaranteed bi-weekly
13-week assignment duration
No on-call requirements
Floating required to other Emergency departments within Northwest only
2-day orientation period
Patient ratio of 1:4-5 in a 10-bed unit
Navy blue scrubs required
Indiana RN licensure required
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Minimum 1.5 years of experience required
Cerner EMR experience required
Required skills include patient prioritization, rapid assessment, IV start proficiency, medication administration, and critical care skills
Provide routine emergency department care from triage to discharge or transfer
Maximum of 4 RTO days allowed
Must be greater than 50 miles from facility - local candidates not accepted
Must submit required license, certifications, and driver's license with permanent home address

The facility features a 10-bed emergency department focused on delivering quality emergency care from initial triage through discharge or transfer.

The organization utilizes Cerner EMR systems and maintains modern emergency medicine capabilities to serve patients with urgent medical needs.
