    Job Summary

    Swissport is seeking an experienced, driven leader to join the team as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

    This role will lead a team of high-volume Talent Acquisition Business Partners recruiting front-line team members throughout the United States.

    The incumbent will ensure effective strategies are executed to attract, select, and onboard diverse team members to provide an industry best candidate experience.


    In this role, you will be a dynamic and innovative leader with a strategic mindset focused on driving excellence, delivering business results and a passion for continuous improvement.

    We are looking for a leader who can develop others and drive change through positive influence and partnerships. The role offers a strong, collaborative environment working cross-functionally with various leaders across the organization.

    Job requires up to 75% travel.

    Team Member may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    Collaborate with business leaders to deliver strategic support of business growth through workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and talent selection.

    Execute full-cycle recruitment processes within a broad and complex portfolio by partnering with stakeholders across the organization.


    Lead, inspire, and cultivate a team of decentralized Talent Acquisition Business Partners to deliver against short- and long-term recruiting objectives.

    Drive alternative sourcing through community partnerships and resources to build candidate pipelines.

    Forecasts, develops and executes comprehensive sourcing plans to create candidate pipeline consistent with business trends, reduce time to fill and improve candidate


    Leverage talent acquisition performance metrics and KPIs to set and achieve goals, hold self and team accountable, improve effectiveness, and drive strategic planning.

    Identify opportunities to effectively simplify, standardize and automate talent acquisitions processes and procedures.


    Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to measure, track, and report the status and success of recruiting initiatives.

    Understand market trends and candidate behavior.


    Partner with Talent Marketing to develop and execute the employer brand, culture, and strategic Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) recruitment.

    Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

    Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Bachelor's degree preferred and 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with high-volume recruiting.


    5-7 years of recruiting and human resources experience and/or demonstrated experience in forecasting, attracting, sourcing and hiring partners in a leadership capacity.

    3+ years people leadership experience, including remote teams.

    Leadership acumen to manage a high-performing team.

    Demonstrated agility and an ability to balance multiple/competing priorities.

    A solutions-oriented mindset and approach.


    Aptitude leveraging and leading with data to make the case for change and generate insights that lead to an elevated level of support to the business.

    Qualifications and Competencies

    Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

    Excellent communication skills- written, verbal, and listening skills.

    Able to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondences and presentations with candidates, peers, managers, and leadership.

    Sound judgment, high integrity, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.


    Demonstrated proficiency in delivery of full cycle recruitment strategies to generate candidates and identify methods to generate talent communities and pipelines.

    Advanced proficiency utilizing iCIMS applicant tracking system required.

    Project management including creating, planning, and tracking with proven ability to multi-task.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

    Ability to build and manage corporate relationships with key influencers, including senior support team, HR team, and operational leaders.

    Self- directed and proactive.

    Works well under pressure and adapts well to working with short deadlines in in tight turn-around situation.
