Description

The primary purpose of this position PROGRAM ANALYST, GS target GS is to perform the programmatic and business management functions that enable the organizations test & evaluation, and operational training customers to accomplish their mission goals and objectives.

• Provide direct support to the Detachment Commander, Resource Management Flight, and Logistics Flight by organizing, collecting, analyzing, and presenting information related to the expenses and financial data of the organization.
• Conduct or direct the development and coordination of support plans and programs.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze, information by verifying, validating, and reconciling Detachment financial data to ensure accuracy prior to transmittal of data to the Resource Management Flight and organization customers.
• Use automated budgetary system(s) and computer generated products in accomplishing budgeting assignments.
• Develop recommendations for improvements and resolutions to issues or problems, as needed.
