Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HRIS platforms maintain ownership of HR-related compliance by ensuring HR systems processes and records meet internal standards audit requirements and applicable regulations continuously evaluate and improve HRIS systems to strengthen efficiency compliance data accuracy and user experience ensure HRIS data is accurate reliable to support audits reporting compliance reviews lead HRIS system implementations upgrades testing security administration ongoing system improvements partner with teams to resolve issues support system compliance needs manage prioritize requests new technology solutions ensure compliance record retention employment-related requirements create reports train users on tools report accuracy analyze talent data workforce planning continuous improvement identify address issues impacting quality employee experience communicate clearly internal vendors auditors regarding functionality topics assist internal external audits related quality compliance perform other duties assigned.
