    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years nursing experience required.

    A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed forthe opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health agencyin Nederland, TX.Registered Nurses (RNs)will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

    • Full TimeContract
    • 25-30 units weekly
    • OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

    The ideal Registered Nurse (RN)will maintain:

    • At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
    • Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
    • Current TXState Registered Nurse (RN)License
    • Current BLS (AHA)
    • OASIS 24-48-hour turnaround REQUIRED
    • Homecare Homebase experience required
    • Valid Drivers License and Insurance
    • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
