Job summary
The Mortgage Hybrid Processor independently manages complex 1-4 unit mortgage loan applications ensuring compliance with program and regulatory guidelines This role involves direct communication with all stakeholders understanding investor guidelines Fannie Mae Freddie Mac and demands high independence efficiency accuracy and confidentiality in managing a pipeline of complex files The incumbent will analyze loan files to ensure all documentation adheres to program and regulatory guidelines across a diverse range of loan types Foster strong relationships with borrowers through ongoing communication support through closing Monitor address all file alerts within the Loan Origination System LOS from receipt through closing Reconcile correct loan applications in the LOS as documents are received resolve discrepancies rerun AUS for accurate findings Monitor NOI Notice of Incompleteness and Regulation B dates to ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines issue NOI or close files for incompleteness as required Analyze calculate qualifying income by thoroughly reviewing credit income asset tax documentation for various borrower types Determine the need for additional documents Review customer third party documentation determine the need for additional documents or clarifications Follow up on review deliver appraisals in a timely manner notifying underwriter appraisal team of any discrepancies Manage aspects assigned pipelines including verifications to ensure compliance service level agreements timely follow-up high degree independence Achieve underwriting approval first Resubmission least percent time Maintain comprehensive understanding investor guidelines all loan programs regulatory requirements stay current updates Independently make appropriate decisions adhere AllRegs Selling Guides Lender Handbooks Arvest Policies Procedures minimal supervision Review presence case numbers acceptable CAIVRS government loan files Run fraud reports review potential borrower property fraud follow procedures suspicious activity Understand comply bank policy laws regulations applicable job duties Complete compliance training adhering internal procedures controls report known violations policy laws regulations report suspicious customer account activity
