- Offer technical and clinical support for the training curriculum catering to the evolving needs of company employees, business partner representatives, and healthcare professional clients.
- Conduct healthcare professional motor skills labs and training sessions.
- Provide technical and clinical guidance to various departments within the company.
- Gain expertise in orthopedics, the company's product line, and related clinical procedures to effectively educate employees, business partners, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop online educational content for healthcare professionals, create training materials for company representatives, and actively engage in medical education programs.
- Assist in organizing training programs, contribute to the development of educational courses, and ensure safe usage of company products.
- Collaborate with business partners for medical education programs and contribute to product development through clinical advice.
- Interface with various departments to provide insights on product design and functionality.
- Support Customer Service with clinical and technical assistance and may oversee other team members.
- Expected to work with cadavers and travel occasionally, including international trips.
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences or equivalent, or certification as a Physician Assistant, nurse practitioner, or medical professional.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery or related fields.
- Previous experience in orthopedic surgery is advantageous.
- Proficiency in developing training materials and conducting educational sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other necessary communication tools.
