    Are you looking for an opportunity where your skills and dedication will be valued? Look no further We are currently seeking a Production Technician to join our dynamic team at ACM Chemistries. As a Production Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality manufacturing and logistical activities related to our products, while maintaining a safe working environment.

    Position Title: Production Technician
    Reporting To: Production Supervisor

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Safely and accurately manufacturing our products using automated batching processes.
    • Ensuring the safe shipping and receiving of bulk and packaged materials.
    • Maintaining or exceeding quality and safety standards set by the company.
    • Coordinating production facility maintenance, upgrades, and process development.
    • Upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the production facility and warehouse.
    • Maintaining accurate reports of activities and procedures.
    • Building strong relationships with fellow ACM staff members.
    • Assisting with research & development activities and supporting other company representatives as directed.
    • Performing other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments.
    • Proficiency in following standard operating procedures.
    • Experience operating PLC-based automated manufacturing processes.
    • Certified forklift operator (preferred).
    • Hands-on experience with basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
    • Strong commitment to safety and compliance with company policies, including being a non-smoker/vapor and COVID vaccinated.
