    Job Description:
    We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development with a focus on HR service management. As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to meet the HR service delivery needs of our organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
    • Design and develop custom HR Services, HR workflows, Record Producers (Employee forms), and bi-directional integrations using ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events (Journeys) and other sub modules.
    • Customize and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications to align with organizational processes and policies using best practice Notifications, Approval workflows.
    • Develop and maintain ServiceNow HRSD-related scripts, script includes, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and other components to enhance system functionality and user experience.
    • Implement ServiceNow HRSD best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization techniques.
    • Configure Widgets and Customize ServiceNow Employee Center Portal
    • Configure Reports & Dashboards using Performance Analytics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and support ongoing platform enhancements.
    • Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow HRSD-related incidents, problems, and change requests.
    • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends to continuously improve HR service delivery capabilities.
    • Participate in testing, documentation, and training activities to ensure successful deployment and adoption of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on HRSD implementations.
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customization.
    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center Portal.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery best practices.
    • Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
