Co-occurring Specialist
Job Duties:
Assumes responsibility and is accountable for implementing, documenting, and evaluating the Dual Recovery Program. Assesses person served dual recovery needs and completes required written evaluations of assigned persons.
Identifies person-served needs and goals and provides individual and group activities designed to meet specific dual recovery needs and goals.

Qualifications:
A substance abuse certification, working towards it.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of full-time or equivalent experience working with clients who experience mental health challenges.
A bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for the two years of work experience.Including a minimum of one year of work experience providing direct dual recovery (or substance abuse) related services in a mental health setting.

Our services at Crestwood San Diego support each client in recovering with an enhanced sense of resilience, accessing a wide range of wellness tools and staff support.
The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community/natural support inclusion, realized potential in each client, and psychiatric stabilization.

Our dynamic and person-centered programs offer a multi-modal approach to treatment and recovery.The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting.
Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
: $25 USD - $28.64 USD
