    A deep understanding of Health Care Delivery, Fee for service and Value based care models (Clinical, Admin Data Domains and use cases

    Risk & Quality, HealthCare Economics etc.) to align data architecture efforts with Health Care delivery specific requirements, regulations, and best practices.

    Strong strategic thinking abilities and the capacity to align data architecture initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives. Should be able to develop data architecture roadmaps, define data strategies, and make data-related recommendations to senior management.

    Strong leadership and management skills:

    Ability to lead and inspire, drive strategic data architecture initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and effectively communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    In-depth knowledge and expertise in Data architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices: Data integration, Interoperability, Ingestion, Data pipelines, ETL, ELT, Batch, Stream, Real time, Data storage, Data Cleaning, Pre-Processing, Exploratory Data Analysis, Event Driven architecture, Feature Engineering, Statistical analysis, Data governance, Data quality, Data modeling, Data security & Privacy, Data lifecycle management, Data virtualization, DWH, MDM, Reference data, Data Lake, Delta Lake, Data mining, AI Client, Data Visualization, BI and Reporting, Data sharing, Lambda, Kappa, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, DataSecOps, Performance optimization,

    Advanced degrees, certifications and significant experience in data architecture, data management, Data Science, Azure Cloud Big Data technologies, Azure Data Lake Storage, Kafka, Air Flow, Stream Analytics, Databricks, Spark, Databricks SQL Analytics, Notebooks, MLflow, Snowflake, Snowflake SQL, Snowpark, Cosmos DB, Alation, Python, R, Java, Scala, Azure functions, Advanced Analytics and AI Client libraries, KsqlDB, FHIR/Rest API, GraphQL API, Power BI etc.


    Evaluate and recommend Technologies, Tools, Platforms, and services to enhance data architecture, data processing, storage, and analytics capabilities, considering factors such as performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.

    Expertise in industry standards and frameworks related to data architecture, such as TOGAF, DAMA DMBOK, etc.


    Work closely with solution architects to align data architecture with overall solution architecture and ensure seamless integration between different components.


    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.


    Collaborate with data scientists and analytics teams to design data models and structures that support advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science initiatives.

    Establish federated data governance processes, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, privacy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Updated with emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in data architecture and data management is crucial.
