PURPOSE:

The Service Drive Greeter's purpose is to provide customers with the best possible service as they drop off and pick up their vehicle. We are looking for someone upbeat and energetic with great communication skills for this fast pace position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Greet customers as they approach the service drive.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor
• Keep vehicles moved forward on the service drive
• Picture vehicles
• Assisting Service Advisors with gathering vehicle information and mileage
• Assisting with loaner vehicles
• Clean and maintain service drive/vehicle reception area
• Provide dealership directions to customers and introductions to other service team members
• Valet vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to collaborate with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time
• Ability to collaborate with other dealership personnel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record and safe driving habits in order to drive both customer vehicles and a company vehicles
• Must be insurable
• Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity
• Maintain a high level of professional personal appearance and conduct
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
• Able to work Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and rotating Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm
