    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced Paving Superintendent to join our civil construction team in South Plainfield, NJ. This role is critical for overseeing paving operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in asphalt paving, and a commitment to quality.Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate paving crews and subcontractors on-site.
