Your Key Responsibilities

Leads a team of intra-logistics operators or workers to ensure adequately receiving, storing, commissioning and dispatching all sorts of materials/goods/products for organization unit assigned.
Implement defined processes and standards for assigned areas of plant.
Monitor and enforce adherence to defined standards and processes.
Carry out adequate staffing, organize and coordinate daily intra-logistics operations for assigned area and solve daily issues.
Collect, evaluate and report needs for repair, maintenance or replacement of warehouse/ material handling equipment.

Your Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
Continuous improvement approach
Assertive approach to solving problems
Ability to prioritize and make decisions
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Basic computer knowledge and MS office skills
Good visual acuity
Ability to regularly lift heavy objects if required
External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with IT & SAP systems
Ability to operate transportation machinery
