1. Develop proposals and presentations for customers using Word/Excel/PowerPoint
2. Manage Job Set-Up and materials buying for new projects
a. Buying based on formulas and standard pricing lists with limited number of vendors
3. Manage qualification process with new customer projects
a. Insurance and contracts verified for customers
b. Safety training / safety manual completed per customer specifications
c. Set up drug and background testing for RTI employees at project sites
4. Oversee bookkeeper and bookkeeping process using Quickbooks
a. Data entry and invoicing
b. Accounts payable management
c. Accounts receivable management
d. Purchase order acknowledgement
