Job DescriptionSeasoned Recruitment is currently seeking compassionate and skilled LPNs to join our Home Health team. As an LPN in Home Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality and personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their daily living activities, administering medications, performing wound care, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
