Job Summary:
The Laboratory Shift supervisor is primarily responsible for the daily laboratory operation and oversight fo the specific shift that he or she is assigned.Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
* Technical OversightResponsible for all aspects of the laboratory testing performed on their assigned shift, including workflow and quality of the results generated. Assists other technologists, technicians, and support staff with the interpretation of the test requests, results and overall accuracy.
