    Talentbridge is partnered with a local manufacturing team with focus on innovative technologies and are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Machining, CNC, and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. The role requires expertise in CNC programming, machining operations, and assembly processes. You will collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to optimize production workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and optimize CNC programs for machining operations.
    • Oversee machining processes, including milling, turning, drilling, and grinding.
    • Fabricate prototype design for manufacturability
    • Monitor machining parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Work across all teams for resolution related to non-conforming materials.
    • Previous experience related to NPI and discontinuing of older product would be ideal.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
    • Proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
    • Strong knowledge of machining processes, including milling, turning, and grinding.
    • Experience with assembly processes and equipment.
    • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
