Job Location: Stuttgart, AR. Parboil Plant
Hourly Pay Range: Staring hourly rate is $18.25 per hour.
Regular work hours are 12 hour shifts 7pm-7am 4-on/4-off including weekends.
Hours worked from 5pm.-6am Monday - Friday will receive a 15% shift premium. All hours worked on Saturday and Sunday will receive a 15% shift premium..

Job Description
Operate the cooking operations which requires the knowledge of rice conveying equipment to fill the process, must learn and understand the filling, circulating, and draining of soak tanks with water. Must be able to operate the processes using the PLC system as well as operating the processes using the manual controls. Must be able to maintain the safe operation of a direct contact hot water heater. Must be able to understand safe boiler operations as well as be able to pass an Arkansas state boiler licensing test to achieve a boilers license.
Job Duties
Must have good communication skills. Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math skills. Must be able to communicate effectively using two way radios to work with supervision and other operators. Must be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 75lbs. Must be able to work at heights up to 100ft. Will be required to climb stairs and ladders and be able to be on your feet for long periods except for normal break cycles.
