    Position Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resource Manager to support our eGaming team. The Senior Human Resource Manager, eGaming will lead and direct the main responsibilities for the eGaming division including employee engagement, talent strategy, leadership support, recruiting, and managing company policies and practices.

    Primary Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide support and guidance to leadership team and advise on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
    • Partner with the eGaming Leadership team to understand and execute the department's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, and retention.
    • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering policies and helping resolve work-related problems.
    • Maintain records and reviews statistical data/reports concerning personnel-related information such as hires, turnover and absenteeism.
    • Advise leadership team on recruiting, participate in interviews for all roles.
    • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
    • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

    Requirements

    Experience and Education
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required
    • A minimum of five years of human resource management experience
    • Human Resources experience in technology, financial services, or sales environment is preferred
    • HRIS experience is a plus, Paylocity experience would be an asset.
    • This is not a remote or hybrid role. This role supports a client group located at global corporate headquarters and around the country.
