    Essential Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:

    • Foster consistent and effective communication with the patient care team, students, families, and other key stakeholders involved in patient care.
    • Play an instrumental role in supervising staff and students, including developing robust inservice training programs to further staff development.
    • Exhibit meticulous attention to the proper use and maintenance of equipment while upholding an efficient workspace.
    • Display agility in responding to requests for professional insights and advice, adeptly referring intricate matters to the appropriate staff.
    • Instruction and guidance to students and families regarding relevant aspects of student care.


    SLP Requirements for Success:

    • Hold a valid state SLP licensure, empowering you to make a real difference in students' lives.
    • Elevation of your skills with ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
    • Rely on your minimum of two years of school experience to guide your decisions and practices.
    • Leverage the intellectual resources acquired through a master's degree in Speech and Communication.
    • Secure yourself with Professional Liability Insurance, ensuring peace of mind for you and your students.


    Key Position Details:

    • A fulltime commitment consisting of 37.5 hours per week.
    • Set your course for a voyage beginning in August/September, aligned with the school year.
    • With a fully remote setup, there's no need to uproot your life.


    ProCare Therapy's Criteria:

    • A valid license, setting the course for your professional journey.
    • A minimum of two years of school experience, proving your readiness.
    • Equip your remote ship with a home computer endowed with highspeed internet.
    • A touch of techsavviness is an asset, although software training is on the horizon.
    • Lastly, ensure you're comfortable as an independent contractor, underlined by the ability to provide your liability insurance.
