    is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist ready to take the next step in their career and grow into an operations-focused

    Center Manager

    role. This position includes enrollment in Select's


    National Leadership Development Program , designed to equip you with the skills and support needed to successfully lead a long‑standing, highly respected clinic serving the San Francisco community.

    1:1 Management Training


    Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse patient population across the lifespan, including acute and chronic conditions, general orthopedics, pelvic health, sports medicine, neurological care, vestibular/balance/concussion, geriatrics, and more.

    Minimum 1 year of experience required.


    Compensation:
    Salary starting at

    $100,000 up to $125,000

    (Commensurate with experience)

    Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus

    Responsibilities

    Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth

    Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development

    Support employee engagement and retention efforts

    Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues

    Help develop strategies to increase profitability

    Provide an exceptional patient care experience

    Qualifications

    Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy

    Valid State Physical Therapy License

    CPR certification

    Minimum 1 yr exp required
