    Description

    Job Purpose and Scope:
    Responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Bank's IBMi hardware and software for all IBMi related systems.

    Essential Job Functions:
    Assists with managing and monitoring multiple IBMi systems, including security awareness, performance tracking,system reliability, disaster recovery, and redundancy strategies.
    Ensures the highest level of data andsystem availability and security by protecting corporate information from unauthorized access.
    Collaborates with technology and businesspartners to create plans and enhance implementation strategies.

    Coordinates with the Banking Systems management team, other internal teams, and external vendors to implementrecommended solutions for identified software problems.

    Contributes to IBMi Banking Systems Roadmap by identifying priorities and resourcing required to fulfill Banking Systems strategicplanning.
    Supportsthe existing IBMi Banking Systems' applications to meet the needs of ourcustomers.
    Assists with IBMi software upgrades, firmwareupdates, and vendor-related software upgrades.
    Assists in operations as specified on theDaily Operations or Nightly Operations log sheet, as needed.
    Enthusiastically support and model the Bank'svalues and mission.
    Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of other essential job functions.
    Maintains good punctuality and attendanceto work.

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
    Knowledge and deep understanding of IBMitechnology environment/dependencies and how it supports employees andcustomers.
    Ability to maintain maximum availability of all IBMi platforms.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well with exacting deadlines.
    Ability to work independently without close supervision.
    Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
    Ability to demonstrate excellent and effective customer service skills.
    Ability to demonstrate effective organization, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment.
    Ability demonstrate attention to detail.
    Ability to travel to Data Centers within the Bank's footprint with some overnight travel, as needed.
    Skill in technical planning and troubleshooting.
    Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Job Expectations:
