Job summary
The Operations Manager assists the General Manager in directing all operational departments; including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering Operations.The position ensures standard operating procedures are followed providing exceptional guest services to maintain guest satisfaction scores.
The Operations Manager will also assist in coordinating trainings directed by the General Manager.
- Overseeing IHG Front Desk Operations;
- Working directly with Housekeeping team to provide training;
- Daily inspections with Engineering team;
