The Salvation Army is currently conducting a search to hire for the position of Assistant Director due to an internal promotion.

This is a hands-on role where the AD is responsible for assisting the Program Director in managing the daily operations for the Ethel T. Chamberlain Women's Residence and maintaining a safe comfortable clean and supportive environment for our clients during their stay at this Women's Shelter The employees who hold the position of Resident Assistant will report directly to the Assistant Director.
